- Om arrangementet
The past year has witnessed escalating geopolitical tensions, shaping the global landscape. As we look ahead, more than 70 countries, representing approximately 4 billion people, are poised to hold pivotal elections in 2024. Simultaneously, our planet grapples with an ambitious energy transition - a transformation that demands increased renewable energy production while addressing emissions reduction to meet the goals set forth by the Paris Agreement.
Key questions The Future of Energy will explore:
- How will ongoing geopolitical unrest and the 2024 global elections effect the energy market and shape energy policies?
- Where do we stand with the energy transition and what successes and challenges have emerged?
- What cutting-edge technologies are driving the transition, how soon can these be practically implemented and what are the barriers?
Refreshments and mingling from 15:30 - 16:00.
Conference starts at 16:00.
