Om arrangementet

The Norwegian business community relies on innovation and is in dire need of talented individuals.

At the same time, it is difficult to recruit and retain the top talents internationally.

Among the international students and candidates at Norwegian universities, new technology, solutions, and ideas are constantly being developed that can help boost the Norwegian business community.

With the introduction of tuition fees for international students, the proportion of international students has dramatically decreased.

There are also formal and informal barriers for international founders, ranging from lack of network to language barriers and access to funding.

  • What is needed to attract the top talents to Norwegian universities?
  • How has the introduction of tuition fees affected recruitment?
  • What is being done at the universities to develop the talents' research and innovation into commercializable concepts?
  • What obstacles stand in the way of international talents choosing to stay in Norway and start businesses here?
  • Why should you at all move to Norway?

How can we create an inclusive entrepreneurial climate where international talents can grow?
